港口起重机滚装方案仿真优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 描述了港口起重机的滚装方案设计,研究了基于物理特性的仿真模型和虚拟试验场的构建过程和关键技术,实现了虚拟试验场的构建过程中的虚拟布局和参数优化,并在虚拟试验场中进行了起重机模型的滚装运动仿真.考虑了滚装过程的不利因素,实现了滚装过程的运动分析,从而优化设计参数,提高了设计的可靠性和设计方案的有效性. Rolling-dragging system of portal crane includes many aspects and there are complicated relations between taches. Computer simulation can effectively improve the traditional design method. By virtual experiment before project carried out, the design parameters can be optimized and the security and validity of design can be improved.
