摘要
通过阐述概念设计定义及其特点 ,在三维虚拟环境下 ,建立小型甘蔗联合收获机的概念机构。提出对有工作约束条件 ,运动、动力特性复杂的机械系统 ,采用模块式虚拟装配及仿真 ;对各功能模块采用发散性创新设计 ,使样机方案不受子模块的约束 ,解决模块间结构与性能的协调性。通过对小型甘蔗联合收获机概念样机方案实例的仿真分析 ,说明运用虚拟环境的概念设计及其机构仿真 ,探讨了一种复杂机械系统的设计分析方法 ,可以简化机械系统设计开发过程 。
Through elaboration on the definition of conceptual design and its characteristic, a conceptual mechanism of small sugarcane combine harvester is established under 3D Virtual environment. It has been proposed that the modular typed virtual assembly and simulation should be adopted for mechanical systems with conditions of working constraint, complicated motion and kinetic property, and that the divergence innovation design should be adopted for each functional module to let the prototype scheme not to be restricted by sub-module, thus solved the coordination of structure and function among modules. The conceptual design using virtual environment and its mechanism simulation are explained by means of simulative analysis upon a living example of conceptual prototype scheme for small sugarcane combine harvester. A kind of designing analysis method of a complicated mechanical system is explored which could simplify the designing development course of mechanical system and reduce the time and cost of development.
