摘要
目的:研究不同的前处理方法对测定食用植物油中砷的影响。方法:采用湿法消化、干法消化和微波消解对样品进行前处理,用氢化物原子荧光仪进行测定,计算不同前处理方法的回收率和相对标准偏差。结果:微波消解效果好,回收率高,精密度好,样品处理操作简便、省时;干法处理过程繁琐,易产生误差,方法重现性差;湿法效果差,样品易炭化,消解不完全。结论:测定食用植物油中的砷,微波消解是较好的前处理方法。
Objective: To study the influence of different sample preparation method on determining arsenic in edible oils. Methods: Wet digestion, dry ashing and microwave assisted digestion were used to digest the oil sample. The amount of arsenic was determined by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometer ( HG - AFS). The recovery efficiency and standard deviation were calculated. Results:Microwave assisted digestion was more efficient, had higher recovery and accuracy. The sample preparation process was simple and time saving. The process of dry ashing was complicated and apt to have deviation. The efficiency of wet digestion was dissatisfied because the samples were carbonized. Conclusion:The method of microwave assisted digestion has high efficiency and is suitable for determining arsenic in edible oil.
