摘要
采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)建立了干红葡萄酒的乙醚提取物的指纹图谱,并进行指纹图谱分析。试验条件为:以pH8.4的硼砂缓冲液作电泳介质,柱温25℃,电压19.99kV,检测波长250nm。通过指纹图谱相对峰面积和相对保留时间的分析,对不同批次的干红葡萄酒进行对比研究。结果表明,该法简便可靠,可作为对干红葡萄酒进行质量评价的新方法。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to establish the fingerprint of ether extract of claret to distinguish claret quality stability. The experimental conditions included borax solution (pH value as 8.4) as electrophoretic medium, column temperature at 25 ℃, voltage as 19.99 kV, and detection wavelength at 250 rtm. The comparative study was carded out on various production batches of claret through the analysis of fingerprint relative peak area and relative retention time.
