摘要
本文在分析了教师现代教育技术培训和“探究学习”各自特点的基础上,得出了“探究学爿”法非常适用于教师现代教育技术培训的结论,并结合淮海工学院教师现代教育技术培训工作的具体实践,分析了“探究学飞”法在实施过程中教师应起到的作用,文章最后通过对几年来培训数据的对比和分析,验证了上述结论,并阐述了培训中应注意的问题。
The essay draws the conclusion that exploration study is suitable for teachers' training of modern education techniques on the basis of analyzing the respective characteristics of modern education techniques and exploration. Furthermore, by combining the practice of teachers'training of modern education techniques in HHIT, the essay also analyses the influence on teachers in the course. In the conclusion part, the essay compares and analyses the statistics of training in recent years and proves the above-mentioned conclusion. Some problems which should be paid great attention are also illustrated.
