摘要
目的:探讨海岛妇女人工流产的决定因素,为提高妇女生殖健康提供科学依据。方法:采用统一调查表,对326例在舟山市生殖健康服务机构进行人工流产的妇女进行相关因素的流行病学调查,并采用因子分析和多因素回归分析对数据进行统计学处理。结果:决定海岛妇女行人工流产的主要因素有年龄、职业、教育程度、已流产次数、已生育子女数、婚姻、避孕知识的掌握程度。结论:妇女的人口学特征、社会因素和避孕知识的掌握程度是决定海岛妇女人工流产的主要因素。
Objective ： To probe into the possible influencing factors of induced abortion among insular female to provide scientific basis for improving reproductive health of women. Methods： Epidemiological investigation was performed among 326 women who received induced abortion from the reproductive health service organization in Zhoushan city. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were adopted to analyze the data by SPSS13. O. Results： The main influencing factors of induced abortion among insular female were age, profession, education degree, abortion frequency, the number of children, marriage and the level of contraception knowledge.Conclusion： The demographic characteristics, social factors and level of contraception knowledge are the main influencing factors of induced abortion among insular female.
