摘要
[目的 ] 了解人工流产的危害和近、远期对健康的不良影响。 [方法 ] 对我院产科分娩中初产前有人工流产史的 45 4例进行临床分析 ,并以同期无初产前人工流产史的 5 91例作对照。 [结果 ] 初产前人工流产对再次妊娠、分娩的并发症及新生儿的质量均有不良影响。 [结论 ] 要加强计划生育保健意识及人工流产危害性宣传 ,降低人工流产率。同时要提高技术水平和手术质量 ,降低再次分娩时并发症的发生率 ,保证母婴健康 。
Objcetive] To understand the short term and long term adverse effects of artificial abortion. [Methods] An analysis of 454 cases of parturition with ante-primiparous artificiial abortion in contrast with 591 cases of parturition without ante-primiparous artificial abortion was made. [Results] The ante-primiparous artificial abortion had unfavorable influence on the following pregnancy, parturition and the new-born. [Conclusion] It was advocated to enhance the conscientiousness of contraception and conciousness of the harmful effects of artificial abortion to decrease the rate of artificial abortion. It was emphasized to improve the surgical technique so as to bring down the occurrence of complication in the upcoming delivery in order to ensure the health of the mother and infant and enhance the diathesis of population.
