摘要
本文介绍了一种洋姜酸水解制备果糖的新工艺。选用 AB-8大孔吸附树脂作脱色剂,效果极好,可得到完全无色无异味的高果糖浆。
In this paper a new technology of fructose produced by acid- hydrolysis of artichoke is introduced.A colorless fructose-containing syrup which doesn't have any other bad taste can be obtained by using AB-8 resin as decolourant.
