摘要
本文建立了菌体计数的简便快速方法,对双歧杆菌的生长曲线、凝乳产酸能力及生长因素进行了研究,结果表明:双歧杆菌在脱脂乳的最佳生长时间是60h,在 SQ 培养基则为74h;双歧杆菌的最适环境是37℃,PH 值7.0,厌氧培养。
In this paper,a convenient and rapid method was established to count the bacterial number,and the growth curve,the ability to produce acid and coagulate protein in the milk and the growth factors of the bifidobacterium were also studied.The results show that the optimum growth cycle of the bifidobacterium is 60 hours in the de—fatted milk and 74 hours in the SQ medium,the best culture conditions are 37℃,PH7.0,anoxybiotic culturing.
