摘要
综述了1.3-丙二醇生产工艺的研究进展;详细的讨论了化学方法和徽生物发酵法的合成路线、工艺条件、催化剂、成本分析等,并对其进行了综合比较,提出了1,3-丙二醇生产工艺的改进方向在于进一步提高技术指标,降低生产成本,指出环氧乙烷氢酯基化法生产1,3-丙二醇具有较大的发展潜力。
The research progress in 1,3-propanediol production technology was reviewed. The chemical synthesis process and microbial fermentation process were compared from the aspects of technological routes, process conditions, catalysts and cost analysis. It was pointed out that the advancement of 1,3-propanediol production technology focus on the further technical specification improvement and production cost reduction. It was pointed out that the hydroesterification of ethylene oxide had a considerable developing potential.
