摘要 在工业生产中,产品质量的监测与控制是非常重要的环节,传统方法都是用外部设备将测量数据采集之后传送至计算机,这种方法对计算机接口要求较高,有时在生产线环境下不适于使用计算机。为了实现非接触在线测量,设计了本系统。本文介绍了这种以CPLD为中心控制器,以DSP为信号处理器的线阵CCD在线测量系统。讲述了CCD信号的产生、存储、传输、采集与处理过程,以TMS320F206为例,介绍了DSP在本系统中的应用,从实际应用的角度介绍了整个系统的开发思想。最后讨论了本系统的实用性。 The quality supervising is important in industry production, and the traditional methods to handle the supervising are sampling the data and transferring to PC. However, these methods take high demands for interface of PC, and especially the situation where there is no PC in product lines. To fulfill the contact-less online test, the design of linear CCD real-time test system is proposed. In this paper, the test system is introduced, in which the CPLD works as cone-controller, the DSP works as signal processor, and the linear CCD performs test online. The generating, storing, transferring, sampling and processing of signals for CCD are analyzed in detail, and the TMS320F206 is made as exemplification to demonstrate the system development process from a practical perspective. At last, the practicability of the system is discussed.
