摘要
从光干涉条纹图像的CCD获取出发,进行Canny算法优化处理,并以FPGA为核心芯片设计了液晶盒厚测量系统。实验结果表明,本系统具有误差小、设备简单、操作快捷等特点,在满足液晶盒厚在线自动测量的同时,相对标准差提高到0.02%以上,可以满足液晶显示器件生产厂家盒厚实时监控的需要。
The cell gap measurement system of LCD was designed using FPGA as the core chip, in which the image of lights interferences stripe was obtained by using CCD. And it was optimized by the Canny algorithm. It was found that the system has many advantages such as less error, simple structure and easy to run. As a result, the system can be used as on-line automatic measurement system of LCD cell gap, and the relative standard deviation of it can be increased to more than 0. 02%, which implies that the system can be used in the monitoring of LCD cell gap.
