摘要
对五通接头的产品结构、注射成型存在的工艺问题以及影响成型的因素:如模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间和注射压力等进行了分析,确定该塑件的注射模为一模一腔结构。详细地叙述了模具成型零件的设计、注射模工作尺寸计算、液压侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和其它结构的设计过程,以及模具工作过程。结果表明:在合理的工艺参数配合下,模具运行灵活可靠,塑件精度达到了设计要求,外表光洁。
Through analysis on the structure of five-pass joint and technology problems in injection forming, and the influencing factors such as temperature of mould and melt, injection time and injection pressure, an injection mould with single cavity was determined. The design of molding parts, hydraulic pressure side core-pulling mechanism and injecting system, the calculation of dimensions and working process of the mould were discussed in detail. The results show that the mold can run reliably and flexibly, the precision of plastic components can achieve the requirements of the design and the external surface is smooth.
