摘要
通过对液晶电视后机壳注射模设计,分析了大面积抽芯机构的设计要点,介绍一种新型的油缸抽芯机构,采用这个机构,能够有效地保证抽芯的可靠性。
Through the design of the injection mould for the back casing of liquid crystal television, the main points of design of large area core-pulling mechanism was stated. A new core-pulling mechanism propelled by oil cylinder was introduced. With this mechanism, the reliability of core-pullting can be well guaranteed.
