摘要
从设计原则和原料选择两方面探讨了环保型PVC-U基站天线罩的配方设计,分析了生产工艺,并给出参考配方和生产工艺。用挤出成型的方法生产了环保型PVC-U基站天线罩,并对其进行了性能检测,结果表明:产品具有较高的使用性能,环保性能符合RoSH指令,不含铅、镉等重金属。
The design of environmental - friendly PVC - U radom for base station in terms ot cieslgn prmclpte anu material preparation was explored, and the production technology was also analyzed. The formular and production process was suggested. The environmental -friendly PVC -U radome for base station was produced by extrusion method and the properties were tested. The results showed that the production was highly practical. The radome was green without heavy metals, such as Pd, Cd, and so on, according to Rolls directive test.
