委陵菜防治四氯化碳致大鼠肝纤维化实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study of the Ethanolic Estract from Potentilla Chinensis on Rat Hepatic Fibrosis Induced by Carbon Tetrachloride

摘要 目的:观察委陵菜防治大鼠肝纤维化的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:以四氯化碳制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察委陵菜对肝纤维化大鼠肝功能、血透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、III型前胶原(PCIII)、IV型胶原(CIV)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化及观察肝脏显微结构改变。结果:委陵菜治疗组与模型对照组比较,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、MDA、HA、LN、PCIII、CIV明显下降(P<0.01和P<0.05),血清白蛋白(ALB)、SOD明显增高(P<0.01);PT缩短;光镜下肝纤维化程度减轻。结论:委陵菜具有保肝、延缓肝纤维化形成的作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。 Objective :To observe the curative effect of the ethanolic estract from Potentilla chinensis(PS) on rat hepatic fibrosis and to discuss it saction mechanism. Methods :The rat hepatic fibrosis model was made with 40% Carbon Tetrachloride (CC14 )0.5mL/100g intraperitoneal injection. PS treatment group was treated with PSSg/( kg · d)intragastric administration. The content Changes of hepatic function, blood hyaluronateacid(HA) , superoxidedismutes(SOD) and malondialdehyde( MDA), and the hepatic microstructure changes were observed. Results :PS treatment group Compared with model control group, the alkaline-phosphatase ( ALP), M DA and HA lowered obviously ( P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ), the serum albumin (ALB) and SOD heightened obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and the hepatic fibrosis degree lightened under lightmicroscope. Conclusion: PS has the action of protecting liver and delaying hepatic fibrosis formation, the mechanism maybe related with its santioxidation.
