摘要
目的:观察枳椇子提取物(Semen Hoveniae extracts,SHE)对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的防治作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,设正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、SHE低、中、高各剂量组。通过测定大鼠血清中Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、层粘蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA),并作肝组织病理学形态分析反映肝纤维化的损伤程度。结果:SHE低、中、高各剂量组均能显著改善肝功能,降低PC-Ⅲ、LN、HA水平,组织学检查也显示其具有抗纤维化作用。结论:SHE在体内具有抗大鼠实验性肝纤维化作用,有望用于肝纤维化的防治。
Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment of experimental liver fibrosis in rats by Semen Hoveniae extracts (SHE). Methods:Rats liver fiborsis model was induced by carbon tetraehloride( CCl4 ). SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal control group,the model control group, the positive control group and the SHE groups. The level of serum proeollgan type-Ⅲ (Pc-Ⅲ) ,hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and liver function were measured, respectively. Liver histological examination was made. Results : SHE could ameliorate CCl4-induced liver fibrosis significantly. The lever of serum PC- Ⅲ , HA, LN decreased and liver function was improved. The histological examination also demonstrated its anti-fibrotic effect. Conclusion:SHE have anti-fibrotic effect on liver in vivo,and may have potential value for clinical use.
