抑郁症与神经递质关系的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 抑郁症属于情感障碍性疾病,是一种以持久心情抑郁为主要临床表现的心境障碍疾病,而作为世界上最易致残的情感障碍性精神疾病之一的抑郁症的发病机制目前尚未完全阐明,神经生化学理论是迄今最为肯定、并被临床药理充分利用的用以阐述抑郁症发病的神经生物学机制,就抑郁症与神经递质之间的关系作一综述。
