跨文化商务谈判中的语用失误

摘要 跨越文化鸿沟,规避跨文化商务谈判语用失误风险,实现跨文化商务谈判顺利完成,是一个有强烈现实意义的研究课题。从语用学角度来说,规避跨文化商务谈判语用失误的策略,就是在谈判过程中,要注意避免语言语用失误、社交语用失误和非语言交际语用失误。
