摘要
本文报道了电流型乙醇生物传感器的研制与应用。该传感器以健合型耐尔蓝A(NBA)修饰浸蜡石墨电极为基体电极,将乙醇脱氢酶及NAD+固定在人造丝网上,成为一种无试剂的乙醇生物传感器。在pH8.8的Tris/HCl介质中,该传感器的响应电流与乙醇浓度在0.10~1.0mmol/L范围内有良好的线性关系。响应时间为30s。讨论了影响传感器性能的因素,用该传感器测定了人血清中乙醇的含量,结果满意。
An amperometric alcohol biosensor is reported.It consists of a matrix of covalently bonded Nile blue A modified wax immersed graphite electrode with alcohol dehydrogenase and NAD + immobilized on a nylon net .In pH8 8 tris HCl medium,the reagentless alcohol biosensor has a linear response in the range of 0.2~1.0mmol/L for alcohol.The response time is about 30s.The factors affecting the current of sensor's response and the determination of alcohol have been discussed in detail.The sensor has been used to detect the concentration of alcohol in human serum and the results were satisfactory.
