摘要
在指出创新网络对高新区发展所具有的重要作用的基础上,结合中国高新区的现状提出了地方政府培育创新网络应采取的对策。
The paper firstly points out innovation networks is very important to the development of high-tech zones, then puts forward the countermeasures of local governments developing innovation network s of high-tech zones based on their conditions in China.
