摘要
构建创新创业生态系统是中国实施创新驱动战略和适应经济新常态的重要选择。南宁高新区具有构建创新创业生态系统的良好经济条件、创新环境和平台基础。文章认为,构建创新创业生态系统重点是要以科学的创新创业理念为指导;正确处理好政府和市场的关系,优化创新创业生态系统制度设计;大力发展科技服务业,增强创新创业生态系统支撑。
To build the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is an important choice to implement Chinese innovation-driven strategy and adapt to new economic normality. Nanning High-tech Zone has good economic conditions, environment and innovationbased platform for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This paper considers that the key to build innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem includes： scientific concept; properly handle the relationship between government and the market; promote innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem system design; develop science and technology services; enhanced support for innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
