摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展与竞争环境的变化 ,企业创新网络逐渐成为企业获取创新资源 ,缩短技术开发时间 ,减少研发投资费用与分散风险 ,获取企业竞争优势的有效方式。企业创新网络是企业为提升自身创新能力 ,通过各种契约关系以及应用信息网络与外部组织机构建立的优势互补、长期合作的各种制度安排。论文以企业网络理论为基础 ,结合各国技术创新的发展特点 ,通过对企业创新网络对象选择策略、企业创新网络联结方式选择策略进行了系统分析 。
With information technology developing fast and the change of competition environment,enterprise innovation network enables enterprises to acquire necessary innovative resources,shorten their R&D periods,cut down their R&D investment,decrease innovation risks,forge competition advantages.Enterprise innovation network is system plans that realize making use of advantage each other and long-term corporation among enterprises through convent relations or by information network.Based on the enterprise network theory,the paper integrates traits of innovation development of different countries,analyses the tactic of object choice of enterprise innovation network and the tactic of collaboration manner choice of enterprise innovation network,provides reasonable model of enterprise innovation network.
