摘要
焊接过程监测系统对于提高劳动生产率,确保焊接产品的质量具有重要意义。而要开发出实用的监测软件系统面临着诸如:开发周期长、成本高,系统通用性差、集成难度大等困难。软件重用技术能够为解决上述困难提供一条行之有效的途径。事实上,在目前焊接过程监测软件开发领域中,软件重用意识不高,可重用构件和架构还很缺乏。于是,尝试运用软件重用技术对焊接过程监测系统的架构和构件进行分析和设计。实验室中的系统开发实践表明,运用软件重用技术建立领域架构和构件库并使之逐步完善,可以使得焊接过程监测系统的研制和开发更加高效。
Welding process monitoring system is meaningful for improving productivity and guaranteeing high welding product quality. However,there are many difficulties in the course of developing the practical monitoring software system such as slow development speed, high costs, and weak system generalization and integration capabilities. Software reuse is considered as a feasible approach to tackle the problems mentioned above. In fact ,the software reuse technology has not yet been widely applied to the development of the welding process monitoring system, and there is a lack of the corresponding reusable architects and components. Thereupon,the architects and components of the welding process monitoring system are analyzed and designed by the software reuse technology. The practice of prototype system development suggests that it should be much more efficient and effective in developing the welding process monitoring system through constructing and bettering domain architect and component library.
