摘要 为了提高锅炉能源利用效率,减少污染物排放,保证锅炉运行安全,研制嵌入式锅炉远程监测数据采集终端和监测软件系统,将锅炉参数数据通过网络传输至监控系统,以多媒体形式展示锅炉温度、压力等参数的实时动态变化,以此实现锅炉能效的远程监测。结果表明:研制的监测装置结构简单、可靠性高,在锅炉状态监测、诊断方面具有非常广阔的应用前景。 In order to improve the efficiency, reduce pollutant emissions and ensure safe operation of the boiler, the embedded remote monitoring data acquisition terminal and monitoring software system for industrial boiler were developed. The boiler parameter data is transmitted through the network to the monitoring system,and the real-time dynamic changes of the parameters such as temperature and pressure of the boiler are displayed in the form of multimedia, so as to realize the remote monitoring of the boiler energy efficiency. The results show that the developed monitoring device has simple structure and high reliability,and it has a very broad application prospects in the field of boiler condition monitoring and diagnosis.
