摘要
为满足行业监管部门对污水处理厂日常运行重要工艺数据的监管查询要求,设计开发了污水处理厂生产运行监测软件系统。系统基于.NET平台开发,并与常用工控组态软件的脚本技术相结合,具有监测数据曲线组合灵活、可移植性好、内存消耗低、稳定性强、维护方便和升级容易等优点。实践证明,该系统为日常生产运行工艺调整和COD减排核查提供了基础依据,对污水处理行业的监管及节能减排极具价值。
To meet the requirements of industrial supervision department upon sewage treatment plants for monitoring and inquiring important technological data in daily operation;the monitoring software system for production operation of sewage treatment plant has been designed and developed.The system is developed based on.NET platform and combining with script technology of commonly used industrial control configuration software.It features many advantages including flexible combination of monitoring data curves,good transplantation,low memory consumption,good stability,ease maintenance and upgrade,etc.The practice proves that the system provides basis of process adjustment for daily production and investigation of COD reduction.It is valuable to sewage treatment supervision and energy saving.
