ISO9004 2 is the standards which is used for the services of hospitals and medical care, etc.This article introduces the relation between the survey ,characteristics and essential factors of quality system and hospital's medical service quality. The results reveal that proper cost and maximal benefit are upon the base of the optimization of the courses of carrying out the quality system. Some detailed methods adopted by our hospital also are presented in the article.
