摘要
用腈纶废料高温氧化降解制成 PJ降粘剂 ,并检测其理化特性及表征。经室内试验 PJ具有耐温性强 ,加量少 ( 0 .2 % ) ,适应面广的优点。在淡水、盐水、钙质、加重钻井液中其常温、高温降粘率均大于 85% 。
Viscosity reductant PJ was prepared by high temperature oxidation degradation of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) waste and its properties were studied. The experimental data showed that it can be used in various drilling fluid and has wide temperature suitability. It also has the property of inhibiting the disperson of clay.
