摘要
从压缩烧油，提高轻质油收率；增产中间馏分油，提高柴汽比；提高石油产品质量和增产高级道路沥青等4个方面阐述“九五”计划期间炼油工业面临调整产品结构，提高产品质量的艰巨任务。同时也提出完成任务的一些具体措施。
The arduous task of product slate regulating and product upgrading faced by the petroleum refining industry during the ninth five - year plan period was expounded from four aspects, i. e, cutting down the amount of boiler burning oils to increase light olls yield; increasing middle distillate production to enhance the gasoline/diesel ratio; upgrading the product qualities and increasing the production of high-grade road asphalts. Meanwhile, concrete rneasures for accomplishing the task were put forward.
