摘要
对吐哈盆地在"八五计划"和"九五计划"期间的计划目标与实际石油勘探开发结果差异较大这一现象进行分析。指出,对盆地地质条件认识不足以及相应技术发展的完善程度不够是造成差异的两个主要原因;另外,针对吐哈盆地的具体情况,还应从油气生成原因的角度来思考这一问题。
The analysis concentrates on the big difference of expected target and practical result of petro- leum exploration and development in Tuha basin during the periods of ＂the eighth five -year plan＂ and ＂the ninth five -year plan＂. It is pointed out that two factors causing the big difference are the insufficient knowl- edge of geological condition in Basin and the imperfect development of corresponding technology. Besides, ac- cording to the concrete condition of Tuba basin, it is necessary to consider this problem from the angle of hy- drocarbon generation mechanism.
