摘要
分析了1989～1994年胜利炼油厂所加工的胜利原油的重质化、劣质化(酸值、杂质含量升高)倾向及其对装置操作,设备腐蚀,产品的收率、质量、品种等造成的不良影响;指出必须采取相应对策,如减少劣质原油掺合比例以改善加工原油的质量,对加工装置进行改造和调整产品结构等,从而扭转此种被动局面.
The trends of becoming heavier and worse (increase of acid value and impurities contents)of the Shengli crude processed from 1989 to 1994 in Shengli Refinery and thfir influences on the unit operating, the equipment corrosion, the yields, qual-ities and varieties of products etc. were analyzed. It is pointed out that countermeasures such as reducing the blending ratios of worse crudes to improve the quality of crudes processed, revamping the processing units and adjusting the product slate, etc. , so as to improve the unfavourable situation.
