摘要
以沙冬青无菌苗茎段为材料,采用MS基本培养基,对6-BA、KT、IBA、GA进行不同浓度和不同配比试验,结果表明:6-BA(1.0mg/L)对芽的分化有利,但不利于芽的伸长生长;KT(0.1mg/L)配合IBA(0.1mg/L)既有利于芽的分化,又可增加芽的伸长生长;GA(1.0mg/L)对芽的伸长生长效果显著。
The experiment on tissue culture of A.mongolicus (Maxim.) Cheng F. was conducted with the stem section of sterile plant. On MS basic medium, the results in different phytohormone concentration and proportion showed that: (1) 6-BA (1.0 mg/L) favoured the differentiation of sprout but did not favoured its lengthening growth; (2) KT(0.1 mg/L) combined with IBA(0.1 mg/L) is favorable not only for the differentiation but also for the lengthening growth of sprout; (3) GA(1.0 mg/L) could promote sprout to lengthen remarkbly.
