摘要
用稀盐酸脱除了虾壳中无机盐成份,用稀氢氧化钠溶出了虾壳中的蛋白质,探讨了甲壳素制备的最佳条件。甲壳素的最佳制备工艺条件为:小龙虾壳的粒度5mm,以3.0%盐酸溶液进行脱钙,脱钙时间15h;以8.0%氢氧化钠溶液进行脱蛋白,处理时间为4h。在此条件下可以得到符合食品级质量要求的甲壳素。
Preparation technology of chitin from exoskeleton of small lobsters was studied in the paper. The best preparation conditions for the chitin was that: size of exoskeleton of small lobsters 5mm;3.0% hydrochloric acid for exoskeleton decalcificd;decalcified time 15h ;8.0% sodium hydroxide solution for protein removal; the processing time 4h, The product chitin could be suitable for food industry.
