摘要
目的观察健骨冲剂对去卵巢雌性骨质疏松大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性及一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法以去卵巢雌性大鼠骨质疏松为模型,通过给药60 d后,与模型对照组比较血清ALP,NOS活性和NO含量。结果健骨冲剂组大鼠血清ALP,NOS活性及NO含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论中药健骨冲剂能显著提高血清ALP,NOS活性及NO含量,从而作用于成骨细胞促进骨形成,调节骨重建过程。
Objective To observe the changes of serum ALP, NO and NOS in the ovarieetomized osteoporosis rats treted with Jiangu granule （JGCJ） . Methods After fed for 60 days, the ovarieetomized rats group with JGCJ were examined and compared with the group without JGCJ. Results The levels of ALP, NO and NOS in group with JGCJ were significantly higher than those of the group without JGCJ. Conclusion The Chinese medicine JGCJ can significantly increase the level of ALP, NO and NOS in the ovariectomized model rats＇serum, facilitate formation of bone cell and adjust restructure of bone.
