摘要
对健骨冲剂的补肾作用进行了实验研究。结果表明,健骨冲剂能显著地减轻肌注氢化可的松引起的小鼠肾阳虚证:减轻生殖器官的萎缩,增强应激和抗疲劳能力,提高血清钙的水平。
We studied the kidney—tonifying effect of Jian Gu granule.The results show that the drug can obviously relieve the kidney—yang deficiency syndrome caused by injecting hydrocortisone into mice:It can prevent the atrophy of reproductive organ, enhance the ability in stress and antifatique,and raise the serum level of ealcium.
