摘要
目的：研究苦参的化学成分。方法：用色谱等方法分离，波谱等方法鉴定成分结构。结果：分离得到５ 个化合物，分别为蔗糖，二十四碳酸，β谷甾醇，芥子酸十六酯，伞形花内酯。结论：均为首次从苦参中获得，其中芥子酸十六酯为新化合物。
Objective:To study the constituents from Sophora flavescens .Methods:Separating the constituents by means of chromatography and identifing their structures on the basis of spectral analysis.Results:The five compounds obtained were identified as sucrose, lignoceric acid,β sitosterol,sinapic acid hexadecyl ester and umbelliferon.Conclusion:Sinapic acid hexadecyl ester is a new compound. These compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
