摘要
为了提高铸件表面的耐磨性,实验以低铬铸铁为基体,WC颗粒为增强体,制备出颗粒增强表面耐磨复合材料。实验结果表明:低铬铸铁基复合材料的显微组织分三层,它们依次是基体、过渡层、复合层;其硬度比高铬铸铁略低,而耐磨性却略高于高铬铸铁。
In order to improve the abrasion-resistant on the casting surface, the low-Cr cast iron matrix composite reinforced by WC particles in sand mold was made in the experiment. The experimental results show that the microscopic structure of the composite has 3 layers: base,transition,and composite layer. The hardness of composite is lower than high-Cr cast iron,but its abrasion resistant is better than high-Cr cast iron.
