摘要
从理论上探讨了金属经铸渗后表面强化的机理并介绍了其在各领域的应用,金属表层经熔铸渗入硼、铬多元素后显著地提高了表面强度和硬度,改善了机械性能,可用于模具、材板以及仪表装置和机器零部件的制造行业。
This article discusses theoretically surface strengthening mechanism of mftall treated by casting infiltation and introduces its application in different areas. Metallic surface in filtrated by Boron and Chromium elements through casting-infiltration improves substantially surface strength,hardness and nahanical properties. This technology may be applied to manufacturing moulds,lining plates as well as parts of instruments and machines.
