摘要
文章选取了国外8个、国内3个合作虚拟参考咨询服务系统的典型实例进行考察分析,在此基础上总结归纳出三种国内外合作虚拟参考咨询服务系统的实现模式,并对这三种服务模式的优势与不足做了对比分析,认为实施合作虚拟参考咨询服务的模式选择宜因馆而定。
This paper has selected and analyses eight cases from foreign cooperative virtual reference service system and three eases from home. Based on these, the author has concluded three type service mode of the cooperative virtual reference service, and contrasted the advantage and shortage of these modes.
