摘要 本文简单介绍了数字参考咨询服务产生的背景 ,数字参考咨询服务的涵义、特点 。 This article briefly introduces the backgrounds of creation of Digital Reference Services, its implications and characteristics and demonstrates in detail the basic principles, models and existing questions of Digital Reference Services.
