摘要
合作数字参考咨询服务作为一种新兴的参考咨询服务模式,促进了数字图书馆参考咨询机构信息服务的发展,体现了图书馆及咨询机构长期以来追求的合作共享的思想.我国推行合作数字参考咨询服务应采取以下措施:建立以大型图书馆为中心的合作组织;开发或购买协作性软件;建立合理的业务流程,保证合作咨询的服务质量.
Collaborative digital reference service is a new kind of reference service mode. Which promotes cooperative and sharing thought on which libraries and consultations always concentrate.Some suggestions should be assumed in order to pursue cooperative digital reference service in our country: setting up cooperative organization by the center of large library;exploiting or buying collaborative software;founding reasonable profession process and assuring quality of collaborative reference service.
