摘要
采用小分子离子交联法制备了pH值敏感的壳聚糖-琼胶复合微球,对壳聚糖-琼胶复合微球的粒径、形貌、pH值敏感性等进行了表征。以茶碱为模型药物研究了壳聚糖-琼胶复合微球的药物释放性能,结果发现一定量琼胶的引入有助于改善壳聚糖微球的药物缓释性能。
In this study, pH-responsive chitosan and agarose composite microspheres were prepared by the ion cross-linking technique. The size, morphology, pH-responsibility were studied by different equipments and technique. The influence of sodium tripolyphosphate content, the mass ratio of agarose to chitosan and ion cross-linking time on the drug release performance of composite microspheres were discussed when theophylline was investigated as objective drug. The results showed that the proper addition of agarose into the chitosan aqueous solution could improve the drug controlled release of composite microspheres.
