低压动态保压注射模塑ABS的自增强 被引量:40

SELF-REINFORCEMENT OF ABS BY OSCILLATING PACKING INJECTION MOULDING UNDER LOW PRESSURE

摘要 研究了动态保压注射模塑ABS的自增强,用统计实验设计方法找出了影响ABS力学性能的加工参数。扫描电镜观察到动态保压注射模塑ABS的拉伸断面呈多层结构。宽角X-射线衍射研究表明:与传统注射模塑相比,动态保压注射模塑ABS分子链取向度有所提高,拉伸强度提高了17%。 This paper has demonstrated the application of oscillating packing injection monlding technology in the self - reinforced Acrylonitril - Butediene - Styrene (ABS). The infenences of processing variables on the mechanical properties of ABS have been investigated by two level fractioncal factorial design. It has been found that the escillating frequenly, melt temperature and holding time have profounded influences on the mechanical properties of ABS. WAXS investigations indicated that the obgree of orientation of molecu-lar chains of samples prepared by oscillating packing moalding has been enhanced- The tensile strength of ABS has been increased from original 46MPa to 34MPa by oscillating packing injection moulding.
