摘要
研究吸附树脂分离纯化玫瑰茄红色素的工艺条件与过程,确定出DA-201树脂为该色素合适的吸附树脂,乙醇为适合的脱附剂;确定的吸附工艺条件为:pH=4色素溶液,常温吸附3h;脱附工艺条件为:40℃下脱附40min;通过树脂吸附后分离纯化的色素色价是传统提取工艺的7.36倍。
The refining with absorbents of red pigment from hibicus sabdariffa linna was investigated and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: the best resin was DA-201 resin and the best desorption agent was ethanol. The absoptive conditions were: pH=4 pigment solvent, room temperature, absoptive time was 3 h. The desorptive conditions were: 40℃, desorptive time was 40 min. The result showed that the color value of red pigment adsorpted by resin was 7.36 times than the color value no adsorpted by resin.
