摘要
研究了壳聚糖对锌(Ⅱ)离子和铜(Ⅱ)离子的吸附动力学、吸附等温线及pH、壳聚糖脱乙酰度、温度等因素对壳聚糖吸附的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖对锌(Ⅱ)离子和铜(Ⅱ)离子的吸附行为符合Lang-muir模型,壳聚糖对锌(Ⅱ)离子和铜(Ⅱ)离子吸附规律均遵从单分子层吸附规律。温度、pH值和脱乙酰度对吸附量有显著影响,随温度的升高,壳聚糖对锌(Ⅱ)离子和铜(Ⅱ)离子吸附量增加;在pH2~6范围内,壳聚糖对锌(Ⅱ)离子和铜(Ⅱ)离子吸附随pH值的增大而增大;脱乙酰基程度高的吸附量较大。
The adsorption kinetics and isotherms of Zn( Ⅱ) and Cu( Ⅱ ) ions by chitosan were studied, The ef-fects of pH, degree of deacetylation(DD) of chitosan and temperature on adsorption by chitosan were also discussed. The results showed that adsorption behaviors of Zn( Ⅱ ) and Cu( Ⅱ ) ions by chitosan were in accor- dance with the Langmuir models and obeyed to the rule of single element layer. The effects of pH, degree of deacetylation of chitosan and temperature on the adsorption quantities were obvious. With increase of tempera- ture and pH 2~6, adsorption quantity of Zn( Ⅱ ) and Cu( Ⅱ ) ions by chitosan was increased. The higher the degree of deacetylation was, the higher the adsorption quantity was.
