摘要
目的确定制备龙血竭固体分散体的最佳方法。方法考察固体分散体制备方法、不同的载体、龙血竭与载体间不同比例对龙血竭溶出特性的影响。结果龙血竭固体分散体的溶出效果明显高于龙血竭与载体的物理混合物。结论龙血竭与泊洛沙姆188按1∶4(质量比)的比例,采用溶剂-熔融法制备龙血竭固体分散体溶出效果增加显著。
Objective To optimize the method of preparing Dragon＇s blood solid dispersion. Method Compare different results of various preparations, carriers, and the ratio between the carriers and Dragon＇s blood. Result Tests show that Dragon＇s blood solid dispersion dissolute more than its physical mixtures. Conclusion The solid dispersion of Dragon＇s blood-Pluronic F68 with the proportion of 1 to 4 prepared by solvent evaporation-fusion method accelerates its dissolution remarkably.
