摘要
对中药和天然药物进行活性成分研究是新药发现的重要途径之一。本文介绍了北京大学中医药现代研究中心开展的针对脑功能退行性疾病、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、真菌病等重大疾病的中药和天然药物活性成分研究及新药发现的最新成果 ,包括肉苁蓉、远志、龙血竭、黄芪、观光木、土槿皮酸、紫杉烷类衍生物、黄烷类衍生物等中药和天然药物的活性成分。
The research on active constituent of natural or traditional medicine is known a s one of important means of developing new drugs. Herein we report new result s about researches on active constituents, pharmacological activities and mechan isms of natural and traditional Chinese medicines and development of new drugs c o nducted by PKUMRCTCM, which are aimed to some serious diseases such as brain ret iring dysfunction, cardiovascular diseases, cancer and microbial infections. The natural or traditional Chinese medicines studied included Cistanche tubulosa, Cistanche salsa, C. sinensis, Polygala tenuifoli, Dracaena cochinchinensis, As tragalus membranaceus, Tsoongiodendron odorum , pseudolaric acids and biotransf ormed products of taxanes.
