Determination of lead in high purity calcium carbonate by HG-AAS

摘要 采用氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定了高纯度天然碳酸钙中低浓度铅。结果表明,在还原剂KBH4浓度为15g/L,载液HCl体积分数1%,铅标准曲线线性范围1~20μg/L(r=0.9990),试样溶液加入总盐酸量〈3%的条件下可获得满意结果,RSD小于5.9%,加标回收率在96.0%~104.8%之间。高浓度钙离子对测定无影响。 In this paper, the detennination of lead in high purity calcium carbonate by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrophotometer (HG-AAS) was studied. A good linear relationship between the absorbance and lead concentration ranging from 1 μg/L to 20μg/L (r = 0. 9990) was obtained under the optimum conditions of using 1.5% potassium borohydride solution containing 3 g/L NaOH as reductant and 1% HCl as cartier liquid. RSD was less than 5.9% and recoveries were 96.0% - 104.8%. High concentration of Ca ion did not interfere with the determination of lead.
