摘要
研究石墨炉原子吸收测定铅时,锂、钠、钙、镁基体对不同浓度铅的化学干扰,实验表明。锂、钙、镁对铅的干扰是与地度有关的化学干扰,钠对铅的干扰是与浓度无关的化学干扰;用1%硝酸和0.4%磷酸铵为基体改进剂可有效地克服各种干扰。
The chemical interference of Li.Na.Ca.Mg matrix with various concentrations of Pb wasstudied in detail when Pb was determined by GFAAS. Laboratory experiments shwoed thatthe chemical interferenc due to Li.Ca.Mg with Pb was related to the concentration of thelatter but that due to Na was not.The interference can be eliminated by using 1% HNO_3and 0.4%.(NH_4)_3 PO_4. 3H_2O as inatrix modifier.
