高压直流支柱绝缘子和套管伞形结构研究 被引量:38

摘要 从积污、人工污秽试验、人工雨闪试验3个方面对高压直流换流站直流支柱绝缘子和套管伞形结构进行了研究。通过对换流站、自然积污站和风洞试验中支柱绝缘子和直流设备套管的积污数据的分析,对±500kV直流系统用不同伞形支柱绝缘子全尺寸的人工污秽试验,以及瓷套管的人工淋雨试验,比较了伞形参数对支柱绝缘子和瓷套管污秽性能和淋雨闪络性能的影响。结果表明,和大小伞支柱相比,深棱伞绝缘子具有更好的污闪特性,受海拔高度的影响也相对较小。伞间距对雨闪电压的影响很大,增大伞间距可提高瓷套管的雨闪电压。该文的研究结果可直接为工程设计中支柱绝缘子和瓷套管的伞形结构选择提供依据。 Profiles of HVDC post insulator and bushing used in converter station was researched from three aspects including pollution accumulation, artificial pollution test and artificial rain flashover test. Firstly, the pollution accumulation results of post insulator and porcelain bushing in DC yard of converter station, natural contamination test station and wind tunnel were introduced. Secondly, for various types of post insulators with different sheds, artificial pollution tests were carried out. Thirdly, the artificial rain flashover tests were also carded out on the bushings with different sheds profiles. Then, the shed configuration of insulator and porcelain housing such as sheds shape, core diameter, and shed pitch were analyzed and compared. From the research results, it can be concluded that the ability to prevent the pollution flashover of the post insulator with deep under-rib sheds is better than that of the post insulator with alternating sheds, the same as altitude effect. And the rain flashover voltage is affected by the shed pitch of bushing. The increase of shed pitch can improve the rain flashover performance of bushing. In addition, all test results of the paper can be used directly for the selection of post insulator and bushing in the HVDC transmission projects.
